No. Foil layers are thinner than 2 µm and float off during pulping, while UV coatings make up <1% of the board weight. Both are accepted in mixed-paper streams in most regions.

Choose an auto-lock carton plus a corrugated sleeve for drop protection, or upgrade to a rigid two-piece box if you need luxury unboxing footage.

How do you make sure my brand colors stay accurate?

We send a calibrated digital or physical proof for sign-off and print with Pantone or ICC-profiled CMYK to lock in your exact shade.

Can I add a clear window without compromising protection?

Absolutely. A PET or cellulose window is bonded flush with the board to keep jars dust-free while letting shoppers preview texture and shade.

Do the cartons ship flat?
