The folding carton is your shelf-ready lotion box (lightweight for elegance). A corrugated box is the tertiary shipper that groups multiple cartons for freight.

How do I measure my bottle or tube so the box fits without rattling?

Start with interior length × width × height: measure the longest flap-side first, then the short side, then height (always from the inside panels). Leave about 3 mm clearance on each wall so the bottle slides in easily.

What board thickness gives my brand a luxe feel?

Eighteen-point SBS is the everyday hero, but twenty-four point adds heft and stiffness that feel premium on a retail shelf. For gift sets or heavyweight glass, jump to a rigid chipboard drawer.

Will a die-cut window weaken the carton?

Not at all. We heat-seal a crystal-clear PET patch behind the cut-out, restoring nearly all the strength of a solid panel while giving shoppers a peek at the lotion inside.

How can I prevent lotion bottles from leaking during shipping?

You’ll need to tighten each pump, lock it with a clip, and then nest the bottle in molded pulp or foam so it won’t wobble. A rigid outer shipper with at least two inches of cushioning does the rest.
