Can I match the box color to my lip-liner cap?

Yes. We use the Pantone Matching System, so your caps, cartons, and website swatches line up perfectly under retail lighting.

Are these boxes recyclable if they have a window?

They are. Just peel out the PET or PLA film before tossing the paperboard in curb-side recycling. All laminates offered are non-PVC.

What’s the minimum order for a custom size?

Our custom orders start at 500 units.

How thick should the board be for e-commerce shipping?

For store shelves, 20-point SBS does the job. If you’re mailing direct to consumers, we recommend stepping up to the 1.5 mm rigid drawer to prevent corner crush.

Does a large window weaken the box?

No. We reinforce the cut-out edges and bond the film from the inside, keeping torsion strength similar to a solid panel.

How long does production really take?

Plan on 10-12 business days once you approve the artwork. Complex multi-foil jobs can add about three days.

Are your inks and adhesives safe for cosmetics?

They’re low-migration, soy-based, and comply with both FDA and EU Cosmetics Regulation standards.

Can you ship straight to my fulfillment center abroad?

Absolutely. We flat-pack cartons in export-grade corrugate and handle the customs paperwork for stress-free delivery.
