Custom Lip Balm Boxes
Doesn’t matter how small lip balms are. A lip balm box still plays a big role in making a big first impression.
Our custom lip balm boxes fold together in seconds, sit flat in storage, and keep each tube standing tall from your filling line to the checkout counter.
Three build options
- Straight-tuck or reverse-tuck carton: The classic style. Its top and bottom flaps simply tuck in for quick hand- or machine-packing.
- Crash-lock bottom: It pops open with one squeeze and adds extra strength for multi-packs.
- Slide-out sleeve set: Two pieces that glide apart for an “unboxing” moment on social media platforms.
Eco-friendly materials & retail-ready finishes
Every box is built using FSC-certified paperboard and can include up to thirty percent recycled fiber.
We print with water-based or soy inks, then add optional matte or gloss varnish, soft-touch lamination, foil, or spot UV highlights. Each choice stays curbside recyclable.
Low minimums & quick turnarounds
You can order one proof to check fit and color, one hundred blank boxes for label-by-hand runs, or five hundred full-print cartons for launch.
Standard production ships in 10-12 business days after artwork approval, and a rush lane trims that to 6-8 days.
FAQs
Will one box fit both round and oval tubes?
Yes. We create a custom dieline (the box template) for your exact tube size, whether it is round, oval, or even a push-up paper tube. Just share the measurements and we’ll handle the rest.
What is the real minimum order for printed cartons?
Five hundred units keeps costs low for indie launches, while one hundred blank boxes are perfect if you plan to add stickers or stamps yourself.
How soon can I get my boxes?
Standard production takes 10-12 business days after you okay the artwork. Need them faster? Our rush lane ships in as few as 6-8 days. Just let us know your deadline.
Do fancy coatings stop the box from being recycled?
No. All the finishes we offer (matte, gloss, soft-touch, spot UV, and foil) have been tested to make sure the carton can still go into regular paper recycling.
Can you add tamper evidence without a plastic shrink band?
Yes. We can cut a tiny tear-off strip on the flap or design the closure so it rips on first open (no extra plastic needed).
