What material should I start with? Kraft or SBS?
We recommend uncoated kraft if you’re a brand who’s all about down-to-earth, eco vibes. Or go with coated SBS when you need photo-quality graphics. You could also upgrade to rigid if your box has gift-set duties.
Can one box fit multiple bottle sizes?
Yes. We cut custom foam or molded-pulp inserts to your exact diameters. This way, a single tray can easily hold 5 ml and 15 ml vials side by side.
Will the carton really stop leaks?
A snug insert keeps droppers upright, and an optional interior varnish adds a wipe-clean barrier. It’s especially effective against citrus oils that can stain.
What’s the minimum order, and can I see a sample first?
Order as few as 100 blanks or 500 custom-printed units. We’ll ship a press-ready prototype you can test before the full run.
Are the boxes recyclable or compostable?
All the paper components in these boxes are curb-side recyclable. Swap in molded-pulp inserts and a PLA window to make the entire pack industrial-compostable.
How fast can you deliver?
