What exactly is a cosmetic display box?

It’s a shipping carton that folds into its own little counter stand, so you don’t need extra racks or shelves. Think of it as packaging and display in one.

Will a cosmetic display box really help me sell more products?

Yes. Open-front display boxes sit at eye-level and invite quick “add-to-basket” decisions, especially for travel sizes and testers.

Do they ship ready-built?

No. They arrive flat (picture a pizza box shape) to keep shipping cheap. You just push the scored panels into place (which takes about ten seconds per box).

How strong are these boxes?

The E-flute version is rated for up to 7 kg, but for cosmetics we recommend keeping each unit under 2 kg so staff can move them easily.

Can I protect products from dust or curious fingers?

Sure. You can add a clear bio-film lid or side dust flaps so shoppers see the goods without touching them.

I’m new to packaging. How do I supply artwork?

We send a free dieline (a flat outline of your box). Drop your design onto it in Adobe Illustrator, or ask our team to place your logo and colors for you.

What if my brand uses special Pantone colors or metallic ink?

You can give us the Pantone codes. Our presses run both CMYK and spot colours. Foil, UV gloss and embossing are all optional upgrades.

What’s the minimum order?

Only 100 blank pieces, perfect for a pilot run or seasonal gift set. For custom prints, the MOQ is 500.

What’s the lead time for your cosmetic display boxes?

Standard lead-time is 10-12 business days after artwork approval. Need them sooner? There’s also a 6-8 day rush available.

Are these cosmetic display boxes retailer-compliant (Amazon, big-box, etc.)?

Yes. We follow common shelf-ready and FBA size rules and can over-box displays if a retailer requires it.
