Welcome to Printives.com! We appreciate your interest in our printing services. Before using our website, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they define the rules and responsibilities that apply to your access and use of our site. By visiting or using our platform, you agree to follow these Terms, along with any additional policies or guidelines we may post in connection with specific services or features.

Printives.com reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about any changes. Continued use of the website after such changes means you accept and agree to the updated Terms.

1. Intellectual Property & Copyright Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you submit for printing complies with all copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. This includes avoiding the use of text, images, logos, designs, or any other material owned by third parties unless you have obtained proper, written authorization from the rights holder.

By placing an order with Printives.com, you confirm that:

You own or have licensed the rights to all content used in your order.
Your design does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, right of privacy, or right of publicity.
Your design does not contain defamatory or unlawful material.

You grant Printives.com permission to produce your order based on the submitted content and acknowledge that you bear full legal responsibility for its use.

2. Customer Content Responsibility

As a Printives.com customer, you agree that all images, text, designs, and other elements you submit (collectively “Customer Content”) are your responsibility. This includes ensuring they meet all legal requirements and do not violate the rights of others.

You must not upload, post, or transmit content that is:

Illegal, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
In violation of intellectual property laws or proprietary rights.

Printives.com does not control or review all content provided by customers, and we cannot guarantee its accuracy, integrity, or quality. You agree to hold Printives.com harmless from any disputes arising from your content.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. Any activity conducted under your account will be considered authorized by you.

By submitting an order, you grant Printives.com a worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, store, and modify your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling and processing your order.

4. Content Moderation

Printives.com reserves the right—but is not obligated—to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate. We may also disclose such content if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, and the safety of our customers.

5. Design Files

Standard design files provided by Printives.com will be in 72 DPI (low resolution). High-resolution files are available upon request for an additional fee—please contact contact@printives.com for details.

6. Customer-Provided Artwork

All artwork must be submitted in CMYK color mode at a resolution of 300 DPI or higher. Printives.com is not responsible for:

Color shifts when converting files from RGB to CMYK.
Pixelated, blurry, or distorted images resulting from low-resolution files.

7. Proofing & Approval

Before printing begins, we will send you a proof and job specification sheet for review. It is your responsibility to check all details—including layout, text, spelling, colors, and sizing—before giving final approval.

We strongly recommend printing the proof at 100% size to verify accuracy. Once approved, Printives.com is not liable for errors that were present in the customer-approved proof.

8. Materials Notice

Unless stated otherwise in writing, all paper and card stocks used are not food grade. If you require food-safe materials, you must inform us before placing your order.

9. Color Matching

While Printives.com strives to achieve the closest possible color match to your submitted files, exact color reproduction cannot be guaranteed due to differences in printing processes, materials, and monitor calibration. Color matching is only guaranteed if you purchase a hardcopy proof.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Printives.com, its partners, employees, and licensors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your breach of these Terms.
The use of any content you submit that infringes on the rights of a third party.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before production reaches certain stages:

Stage 1: Order placed – Cancellation fee: $15 + 5% of total order value.
Stage 2: Design in progress – Minimum 20% cancellation fee.
Stage 3: Printing – Minimum 50% cancellation fee (cancellation not guaranteed).
Stage 4: Shipped – Cannot be canceled.

Design service fees are non-refundable.

12. Returns & Reprints

All sales are final as each order is custom-made. In the event of a verified production error, we will reprint the order.

You must notify Printives.com within 3 business days of delivery to report any defects, damages, or missing items. Reprints require that at least 99% of the defective order be returned at the customer’s expense within 10 days of delivery.

Rush order fees are non-refundable.

13. Shipping & Delivery

We offer:

Standard Service: Ships within 12–15 business days after final proof approval (delivery time not guaranteed).
Priority Service: Ships within 8–12 business days after final proof approval.

Delivery delays due to weather, courier issues, customs, or other factors beyond our control are not the responsibility of Printives.com.

14. Holiday Schedule

We observe major public holidays, during which production and shipping may be delayed.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the site.

16. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Printives.com be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site or products.
