Printives Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Printives LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. While our packaging products are custom-made, we provide a fair and transparent return, refund, and exchange process.
General Return Window
We accept returns of eligible products within 15 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned in full.
When the Issue Is on Printives LLC’s Side
If your order arrives defective or does not match the approved specifications:

Notify us within 3 business days of delivery at contact@printives.com.

Our quality team will review the issue.

If confirmed, we will either:

Reprint your order at no additional cost, or
-
Issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

For defective or incorrect items, Printives will provide a prepaid return label upon approval of the claim.
When the Issue Is on the Customer’s Side
If errors arise due to incorrect files, design mistakes, or customer-provided specifications:

Products may still be returned within the same 15-day window.

The customer is responsible for return shipping and must provide their own return label.

Reprints will be billed at our standard pricing rates.

Refunds (if requested instead of reprint) will exclude setup and shipping costs.
Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Printives-error returns: Prepaid return label provided by Printives.

Customer-initiated returns: Customer provides and pays for their own return label.
Refund Method & Processing Time
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
