Printives Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Printives LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives with defects or does not match the agreed specifications, we’re here to help—just follow the guidelines below.

When the Issue Is on Our Side

If you believe your order contains a production error or defect, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery by emailing contact@printives.com.

  • Our quality control team will review the matter to determine whether the issue was caused during production.

  • If the fault lies with Printives LLC, we will reprint your order at no additional cost.

  • Please note: Chargebacks are not accepted as a resolution method.

When the Issue Is on the Customer’s Side

If the problem arises due to incorrect files, design errors, or any customer-provided specifications, the following will apply:

  • To request a reprint, you must return the entire order within 10 business days of delivery at your own shipping cost.

  • You’ll need to provide documentation of the issue, including clear digital photographs and a description of the defect.

  • Reprints will be billed according to our standard pricing policy.

  • If you prefer a refund instead of a reprint, you must return the printed products in full. Refunds will be issued minus setup and shipping costs.
