How we build it

We start with 18-point solid bleached sulfate (SBS) paperboard (think premium greeting-card stock, only thicker).

It’s FSC certified, so the fibers come from responsibly managed forests. Printing happens with water-based CMYK inks (full color) for low odor and low VOCs. You can add:

• Matte, gloss, or soft-touch varnish for the feel you want.
• Hot foil, spot UV, or embossing for shine or texture.
• A die-cut window so shoppers can peek at the wand while the tube stays protected.

My tube doesn’t have a regular shape. Will your box fit?

Yes. Send the height and width, and we redraw the cutting pattern (called a dieline) at no extra cost.

Is the window recyclable?

Choose a plastic-free cut-out for 100% paper recycling, or pick a thin PET window that peels off before the bin.

Will the box survive shipping?

The 18-pt board passes standard drop tests when you add a simple void fill, like bubble wrap, around each boxed tube.

How do I prep the artwork?

We email a print-ready dieline. Export your design as PDF to us and we’ll prepare the file for colors and bleed.

How fast can I get my order?

Standard lead time is 10-12 business days after artwork approval. Need it sooner? Our rush service ships in 6-8 days.

How can customers recycle everything?

Flatten the box for the paper bin. Rinse the empty tube and recycle it where plastics #5 are accepted or use a beauty take-back program.
