It’s a soft, springy material similar to the padding in sneakers. It cushions glass and prevents scratches.

Are the magnets safe for recycling?

Yes. Pry them out with a flat tool, then recycle the cardboard and paper with normal paper waste.

What’s the difference between this and a thin folding carton?
